President Bush's Christmas Eve radio address
As much as I dislike Bush and think he is too stupid to be our president, I can't really say anything bad about this speech. He not only wishes a Merry Christmas to everyone who is nice and cozy in their warm houses with their families, but he also keeps in mind that there are other people out there that aren't so lucky, such as the people affected by Hurricane Katrina. He even tells people that they should take some time to volunteer to help these people out.
Along with those people, he also talks about the people in the Armed Forces, and how it must be hard to not be able to spend the holidays with their families. He also keeps in mind the people who have died in war and empathizes with their families. I think he did a pretty good job. It's not often I can read something he says and not have anything to bash. Maybe he isn't completely incompetent.
